Oasis Beach Tower Apartments is a modern, high-rise tower of hotel apartments situated in the Dubai Marina, 20 kilometers from the city centre and 25 kilometers from the International Convention Centre. The Oasis Beach Tower is developing a new restaurant, with minimal noise disturbance between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. with no visual impact.
The Oasis Beach Tower is currently developing a new conference facility on the second floor. This construction will be taking place until early July 2009. The hotel is moving guests to higher floors wherever possible so that noise disturbance may be limited.
